Good Chemistry.
We Mean Both Kinds.

A virtually odorless alternative to PAA — plus an on-site service partner — for poultry & protein processors.

Your intervention program has to keep the product safe. It shouldn't drag the smell, the corrosion, and the guesswork along with it. T-24 is generated at your plant, is virtually odorless, and is designed with safety in mind. Plus — with our Blue Ribbon Service — you get regular site visits, 24/7 monitoring & scorecards to keep your chemistry dialed in, and your process running smoothly.

PAA works. But what comes next?

PAA has earned its place in poultry processing. But a program that works can still have room to improve — on the floor, in the budget, and in the service you get. If your plant is starting to ask questions about the list below, we may be able to help.

THE APPROACH

What "A Better Way"
actually means.

Our three promises to you.

I

Intervention programs designed around YOU

T-24, a Clean Chemistry Technology, plus PAA and caustic tuned to your system. The right application. A clear target. A team that follows through.

II

Blue Ribbon Service.

Intervention programs tied directly to your KPIs. Twice-monthly (or more) scorecards and service visits from a dedicated service expert who learns your process inside & out.

III

Plant-ready execution.

We specialize in intervention chemistry, so we plug in alongside the team & vendors you already have, on the schedule the line already runs.

04 ▸ THE MOLECULE · T-24, A CLEAN CHEMISTRY TECHNOLOGY

T-24, a Clean Chemistry
Technology.

T-24 is a patented sodium peracetate antimicrobial, generated on site from three GRAS ingredients — sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, and triacetin. FDA FCN 2352 No Objection. Virtually odorless. Alkaline. Same antimicrobial kill as PAA.

2+ LOG SALMONELLA KILL AEMTEK red water chiller simulation showed 2.01 log₁₀ Salmonella reduction... on par with PAA.
pH 9–12 ALKALINE T-24 is a base chemistry, not an acid, and is produced at a pH of 11+.
VIRTUALLY ODORLESS Virtually no off-gas at the line. At 2000 ppm, you may smell a little ozone. Absolutely no vinegar smell.
4.25x Lower BOD5 vs. PAA T-24 breaks down to 0.29 ppm vs 1.23 ppm for conventional 22% PAA.
1.2% GALVANIZED STEEL CORROSION vs. PAA Clean Chemistry studies showed less corrosion on galvanized steel, carbon steel, copper & brass vs PAA.
06 ▸PROOF · WHAT CHANGES

What changes when you switch.

01 THE AIR

The first thing you notice is what you don't notice.

Walk the floor while the line is running. T-24's virtually odorless profile isn't something you take on faith — it's something to judge standing at the application point, with the people who work that shift telling you what they notice.

Their daily experience belongs in the buying decision. Ask your operators before you choose your next program.

02 THE PRODUCT

Then you look at the product.

Color. Texture. The consistency your customer expects in every order. Run the T-24 trial against your own product specifications, not just the micro report, and let QA weigh the whole picture.

Set the baseline on your line, with your product, under your own conditions. Record what changes. That is how a program earns a place in your plant — not by what it did somewhere else.

03 THE EQUIPMENT

Then you look at the equipment.

Your maintenance team knows what equipment costs beyond the price tag — the parts, the service time, the days between repairs. Hand them the materials test data and let them judge what belongs on the line.

Track the application points against your plant's own maintenance history going forward. The test results are a starting point, not the final word.

04 THE DRAIN

Then you look at the drain.

Your wastewater bill is part of the chemistry decision whether or not anyone's put it on the whiteboard. Line up T-24's wastewater figures against your current chemical usage, water flow, and treatment charges, and work the math for your own plant. The purchase price only tells you what the chemical costs — this is where you find out what the program costs to run.

05 THE PROGRAM

Then you look at the program itself.

QA sets the targets. The application plan spells out how to pursue them. T-24 and Blue Ribbon Service bring the chemistry, the monitoring, and a standing follow-through into one working program instead of three separate ones.

From there it's simple: dial it in, check the results, keep reviewing the numbers with your team. A program earns its place by what it delivers on the line, every week — not on the day it was sold.
